'GASTERIDE'S FORTRESS', 'FORTRESS OF GASTERIDE' Location: Southeast Unsiliel Wood (north of Timaran) Presided over by the mad warden, Gasteride, who believes himself a savior here, this fortress is a powerful prison for the most dangerous offenders. While they stay in this hell-hole, inmates are provided with religious materials to read, and encouraged by each other to sing hymns of the Light. Those who dare disobey the prison's harsh rules are subject to incredibly cruel tortures to discourage any uprising. It is known that those who stay in Gasteride are unlikely to get ever re-offend. Unfortunately, the self-absorbed leader of the prison attributes this success to his own cruel methods, and not to the holy of faith that offered love, compassion and salvation by their fellow prisoners in spite of their wrongdoings.
