'NEW OFCOL' Location: 3 north, 6 east, 3 north of Gallow Hill. Much smaller than Seringale or Valour, Ofcol is a town on its gradual rise. Destroyed many years ago, the people of Ofcol have moved on to rebuild, and so came the isolationist revision of Ofcol, fortified by militia. A large portion of the population has been embracing conspiracy theories for a very long time, comforted by the sense of belonging from others around them also doing it, clinging to a simplified reality where the Golden Dragon provides everything and decides for them what is right and wrong. But this benevolent dragon is rarely seen, maintaining stability from afar, holed up safely in its heavily armed Golden Citadel. As orderly as it comes, but the lawful good town of Ofcol holds secrets that are far from divine.
