RAGE

'RAGE' Syntax: rage Syntax: rage <target> Syntax: rage <target> <argument to yell> Berserkers, with their rash approach to combat, are known to be overwhelmed by madness during combat. During this madness, they are able to withstand more damage than they normally would, and can inflict a massive amount of damage at the same time. They also have an immense thirst to fight that is only quenched at the death of a victim. Thus, if his original opponent flees, he would attack the next person he sees. Once out of this state of madness, the berserker returns to his original state. He can no longer sustain the extraordinary amount of damage he can before, thus if he had withstand more than his regular damage, he would go into shock and pass into unconsciousness. Only the natural health of a berserker can revive him at this point. Those that are naturally healthier, may eventually recover. Those that are naturally less healthy may not withstand such a state of shock. When enraged, berserkers will use their shields to smash their foes in melee combat, rather than to block attacks. Arrows do very little damage upon striking an enraged berserker. Likewise, damage of a mental nature is greatly reduced by rage. An enraged berserker will also regenerate more quickly in combat than while standing idly around. A berserker cannot remove or change his weapon(s) or shield while enraged. Certain combat maneuvers, such as dirt kick, also cannot be performed during a state of rage. If a berserker rages while fighting against certain opponents (players), his rage cannot be ended until it has run its duration, by the relax skill, or by slaying an opponent of his rank or greater. During that time, he may attack any random bystanders automatically as part of his rage. The following skills have additional effects when performed while raged: BERSERK, HEADBUTT, RAKE, ROAR, and WARCRY. A berserker who has managed to get under the affects of both rage with mania AND has the maximum possible fury may FLEX to squeeze out a little additional damage, however this comes at a price of taking a LOT more damage as well. They may perform ONE amazing bodyslam that sends their opponent flying multiple rooms away from them, potentially allowing escape. This lasts until their rage ends, and can be confirmed by affects showing RAGE instead of rage as the skill name. NOTE: Berserkers may rage automatically should they suddenly receive a very large amount of damage, or should their health fall too low in combat. If they have multple opponents and rage will stun the berserker, they will not un-rage and then easily die. Rage is NOT something that a berserker can fully control at all times.
