'REGISTER' Syntax: register Syntax: register list Syntax: register transfer <name> The register command allows the player to reserve a room in Seringale or other towns where plots have been created for the purpose of lairs. Management of land ownership is the responsibility of the towns mayor, or alternatively, the Immortals. Months after the owner no longer exists in the land of Serin, the land will become available for purchase again. It'll cost a lot of money to register land for a lair, as well as transfer their ownership. In addition, bank fees apply to both transactions. Note: Valour registrations may be purchased only by nobles, who may then transfer the land to others if they choose to.
