'REQUEST' Syntax: request <object> <target> Lightwalkers may request equipment from good-aligned creatures. If they are experienced enough, the creature will grant them help by offering them some gear. The requester will enter a few minutes of meditation after requesting, awed by the goodness of the gesture from his new friend. Being eligible to request an item depends chiefly on level difference - both the level of NPC being requested from and the level of the object being requested. Some NPC's will issue tasks before they give up their equipment. Note that helpfiles are available to read while requesting. (see: HELP ) WARNING! * Request is based upon trust. If you request an item, the creature trusts that you are experienced enough AND in need. Do not abuse this trust by giving it away to the inexperienced, or selling it. Sacrifice it if you no longer need it, or return it to where it belongs. * Hoarding 'LIMITED' request items (i.e. keeping them out of normal circulation, or misusing them) is abuse of request. Note that request emphasis on a good-aligned dedication to a greater cause. Misuse of request will lead to the character being converted to a NEUTRAL alignment, as is appropriate for an individual who is concerned with themselves instead of leading a life in service of the Light.
