'SOUL SHATTER' Syntax: cast 'soul shatter' <target> Spell Type: UNIQUE Damage Type: energy By weaving planar energy into the very essence of a target, a Riftward can unleash a devastating attack upon an enemy. In order to cast soul shatter on their target, the target must be affected by the DRAIN LIFE spell and casting soul shatter will end drain life on the target. Soul shatter tears into the lifeforce of an entity, corrupting it with energy drawn from the far planes. This spell does not afford a save to the target. The caster of soul shatter cannot use this spell again for a short duration while their own energy recovers.
