'THROW'
Syntax: throw <wield/dual/shield/hold>
Syntax: throw
Thieves, shadows, and bards are skilled and dexterous enough with their
hands, that they are accurate in throwing an object at a target. Items
that can be thrown are wield, dual wield, shields, or held items. Keep
in mind, no one class can throw all three. Shadows, thieves and bards
can use the EDGE CRAFT ability to create held items that they are able to
repeatedly throw. When held, rogues have a chance of tossing one or a
few of these light weapons during each round.
Berserkers are also able to throw items. Unlike their rogue counterparts
who rely upon dexterity to throw light objects, berserkers simply use
brute force to hurl weapons wielded in either hand or a shield to knock
their opponent to the ground. It is said that the weapons they hurl are
powerful enough to even shatter a mage's protective shield spell.
Unlike the others, a monk throws a person directly by their body, using
a grab-and-roll technique to manipulate them. They may even gather
enough momentum to hurl them into the air, where they can follow up
with an air counter. Note that as with all full-body attacks, such as
bash and bodyslamming, a throw attempt is blocked by protective shields.

MONK THROW.
Shadows throw shurikens without needing to hold them. At higher levels,
the shadow will be able to use throwing to apply
MARK OF SHADOW to their
quarry. A shadow's throw requires mana to use. If the shadow does not
have any edge crafted shuriken, they will throw a magical shuriken instead.
