The additional hand then mimicks the social gestures that the psionicist emotes upon whoever they are fighting. Slaps, head pats and pokes from the unseen hand - even tickles - can become excruciating torture. Note that the attack damage of the unseen hand is low but unaffected by save vs spell since it doesn't consume any mana.
