'BLUR' Syntax: cast 'blur' (short syntax: blur) Plausibility rating: outrageous Spell type: MENTAL Illusionists have the ability to alter the image of themselves as it appears to everyone else. This spell will blur their own image, making them harder to be hit by their opponents. Intelligent opponents are more difficult to fool with the illusion. Note that blur acts much like the skill of dodge, with there being a deception involved rather than direct movement. As such, the illusionists skill in ventriloquate (the most basic of deceptions) plays an important role in successfully avoiding attacks with blur.
