'DELTA RAY' Syntax: focus 'delta ray' Spell type: AFFLICTIVE The psionicist casts radioactive energy towards their target in a precise, focused manner. Although initially weak, the delta ray grows stronger as it remains focused upon the same target. The delta ray requires considerable exertion to maintain, so that the psionicist will inevitably end up fatigued if they channel for too long. Each subsequent cast has a chance to irradiate the enemy, which causes their body to luminesce. This spell is best used by channeling it. Read help on CAST for more information on channeling spells.
