[JUSTICE] - Arbiters of Law The Arbiters of Justice are a group of lawful Serins whose duty it is to ensure that the rights of citizens within its civilized towns are not infringed upon. Having an intimate knowledge of the Laws set down by the Immortals, the Justices strive to maintain order within Serin's cities. To aid them in this endeavour they have been granted the ability to flag law-breakers as criminals, using their unique cabal powers to apprehend the offenders and judge them accordingly.
