[KEEPER] - Keepers of Balance A long dormant cabal originally conceived by the ancient god Rakhashe, the Keepers of Balance are the sentinels and guardians of Balance against overly-powerful individuals and cabals alike. Long have they watched Serin from the shadows of history as wars and even a great purging have swept across the realms. Now, the Keepers have arisen at last to side against those who would use raw power to upset Serin's stability. Keepers' cabal duties are governed by the EDICTS. Though previously kept at a general neutral stance with all other cabals, Keepers have adopted a new operating belief. Knights and Legion have both spilled the blood of too many innocent bystanders, for simply having differing believes, or because they were weaker. The whole time, Justice has turned a blind eye to these atrocities, offering protection to such war criminals within the walls of their controlled cities. Keepers believe those with power should be held responsible for their actions and have taken the role of being watchdogs in this regard. To discourage the idea of prioritizing their own valuables over accomplishing the organizations goals, Keepers shall not use arms or armaments of rare or unique nature. To join Keeper, one must have no other cabaled characters to prevent conflict of interest. They must also meet the criteria of being devoted a god of a non-lawful nature.
