'MINING' Mining is possible in two locations - the caverns deep within Grimforge Mountain and deep in the Underdark, inside Enthema's slave mine. In order to mine in Grimforge, you will simply need your legs. Walk around the caverns and destroy the black magician's granite golems - each type of golem will have only one ore per run, so if you are mining golden golems for the golden ore, keep in mind you may as well leave the mine for repop once you have found one. Also, as you crawl around the caverns, you may occassionally run into rocks, which you can attempt to smash with your weapon to find more ore and sometimes gems. Larger rocks can be hit multiple times for additional opportunities to discover ore. Note that the caverns is its own area, meaning the cavern repop timer is on different cadence than the rest of the dwarven kingdom. Also, if you wish, you can buy ore from the Juggernaut in Seringale - as long as you earned the medals. Ore found mining is a key component of Grimforge Mountain's ARMORFORGING.
