'WHOIS' Syntax: whois <character> It is assumed for the purposes of roleplay that player characters are of reasonable notoriety in Serin, so that even the most remote hermit would have an inkling of a player character, i.e. "within common knowledge". Like SCORE, whois is meant to show achievement, although strictly in-character. Examples of what could be included: * title and age * religious affiliation, especially if this is high ranking * reputation conveyed by Heralds
