I don't really think it's wrong, either.

I wouldn't mind it being imp'd either. It'd be nice to say 'She's a good little blood-fanged wolf', and when th etopic of whether it's a he or a she comes up, you won't have to come up with some b.s. answer that isn't REALLY true. Like in Timaran when you see polearm-wielding battlement guards, but they aren't REALLY wielding one.

You could probly just add it into the desc, too. 'She has blah blah blah', "He has blah blah blah'.

Pet gender would lead to mud-furry-sex. This is not something we'd want.
