I was under the impression that you any offensive song was considered an area attack...recently just got 'Devils Dance' and figured id try it out on a mob. I sing it, nothing happens. I thought perhaps I had to be in battle THEN use it...it says I cannot concentrate enough. So if I can't start with it and I can't use it in battle then how am I supposed to use it other than by waiting for someone in my pk to walk into a room?

You can only use some songs against player characters.
