Being a newbie myself, I was thinking that maybe you could add in an affect to Hide, when you type affect. I know it lets you know after you move if you were already hiding, but having the affect there would make newbies feel a little more secure when fleeing from someone that doesnt have detect invis or detect hidden, like someone in there low level ranges. |

The point of not having the "hide" affect is so that you are paranoid. If you "think" you're hiding, then you believe you're safe, whether you're well-hidden or not. |

try the shadowmeld/forestmeld helpfiles, those are newbie hide skills. |
