| Quick questions. Does this skill improve at all, or does it stay at 75% and it's kinda like 'be happy with what you get' kind of situations or is it just slow moving. Secondly, is this skill based on int/wis? Gracias. |

| It makes them have difficulty dodging, and its dependant on superior combat style e.g. dual wield vs shields |
