Stop using GMUD/telnet

ts alarming how many newbies spend years with these two kinds of clients. Both of these connection methods will autoclear input, meaning, you have to type in EVERYTHING. Every single north you move, every single south you move, etc.

The advantage of that is it makes it hard to spam fighting commands and die. The disadvantage is, it makes it hard to spam moving commands and run away. You're STILL DYING, its just for a different reason. Telnet is horrendous for fighting player vs player.

Zmud comes all ready to use, with a horrible green default colour to change.

Nothing wrong with GMud. People just don't know how to use it.

Of course, if you have any working knowledge of MFC and some knowledge of C++, you can make it do anything you want.

Is there anyway to get colors in the scripts on telnet for those of us still using dial p and with no room to download another type of connection? Please tell me any and everything i can do to make it even a little better on me!
