Teeth necklaces

I noticed teeth necklaces had a -1 strength added to them. While I'll admit they were rather easy to get for the good bonuses they added, I think this changes the evil vs. good balance is a way which makes it more unbalanced then it already is. Not to bring up names, but since theres a good_only neckpiece which is 1 hit and 1 dam, goods will just switch to those, while evils and neutrals will have to find modifiers if they want to use the necklaces. One of the best modifying items for strength being a certain floaty which is made of mithril, meaning drows cant even use it, drows being one of the most plentiful evil races out there right now. So I'm hoping at the very least they gimp the neckpiece I'm mentioning for goods if they're firm on the decision to do this to teeth necklaces. Damnit all.

Lowbies can use bear-skin cloak (from the same mob) to offset the -str right away. They can also use a "pale blue stone" (strength stone) from Thalos.
Mids can use silver (from ofcol) or black iron (tyr unguld) which is all +1 dam +1 str items. - all new eq recently added to the game
High levels can use two titanium bracers, strongmans armlets..
and I'm sure there's more than that out there.

Then there's the alternative cloaks.. the +1 hit +1 str guardian cloak.. the flame red cape, cloaks of dreamseeking for dex & saves.. etc
