Player swings an Accursed mace of Vainglory at a human city guard's neck and decapitates him.

How does that work exactly?

ever see mission impossible? the guys head came off after being rammed by a block thing in the tunnel. brute forced.

This happens with wanteds and anathemas when in a city that causes mobs to attack them. This is kind of an offset for being chased by Justices/Knights (according to flag) in town. So it's like an early kill on weak mobs in town that attack you (city guards, Knights of Valour mobs) because of your flag. You can't do it to higher level mobs like dagnir and Valour's version (arishel?) because they lay the damage.

So it's not the mace, this can be done with any weapon.

I'll add a set of extra messages for each weapon if any of you guys care to take the time to come up with some. In the meantime you can consider it as hitting so hard with your mace, that it actually slashes instead. Ouch.

Speaking of this, are any of those insta kill skills still around?
Assassinate, cleave, powerword kill, ect (where there even anymore)? I haven't seen any done in a while.

Only assassinate is still around, I think. Not that it works (which I don't mind).
