| So I started a new charecter (Elf Warrior), at level four I get dirt kicking to 82% (warriors recieve dirt at level 3). I probably shouldn't complain about my skills jumping, but it did seem to happen a little too frequently, and I thought that your skills coulnt' get above 80% until after level 10. Was that changed? |

| Its pretty simple, just learn from mistake at 79%. If you luck out and get the full 3%..(its 1-3) I'll let you keep it. Not like you have any control over it. |
