Who can collect Contracts? The helpfile says that Legion and Darkhaven hometown people can collect them. My hometown isn't Darkhaven, nor am I Legion, but I am protected, and I sort of thought that the (CONTRACTED) tag only showed for people who can collect them. Is that the case? It doesn't do me a lot of good to try to kill someone for money if I can't collect.

| I think there was a change that allows protecteds to collect now too. Basically ..if you can see the contracted flag, you can collect. |
