What does the (contract) next to the mace mean? I tried going to Vinnie and seeing if he wanted it, but nothing happened. I can't find anything about contracted items in the helpfiles, although I do remember them being mentioned somewhere.
And why the hell would someone contract an average 7 imperial mace? |

He does.
As far as I know contracts are now fulfilled at Rimath instead of Vinnie, but I think the imperial mace one is a bug, since I've already tried to fulfill it and I couldn't. |
