| a small hp regen per tick based on being 6+ ranks under the single attacker which means your defenses never kick in, is hardly a reward for not levelling. and yes cliftons first and subsequent remarks fit any definition of personal attacks. We'll have to wait and see how many lowbie caballed condie before it gets changed, unless perhaps this is intention. |

My guess zero.
They'll all either rank or rage delete.
Anyone who's smart enough to not rage delete will rank and not condie in their low 40's, so its a non-issue. |

| I've already outlined my reasons why I don't buy that ranking is impossible. The most obvious is that you can get inducted two kills from 41, with guild points saved, and then sail straight through to 42 to group with other 50's. The point is moot and the advantages of being setup this way are much too good to ignore for a minor concern like that. |
