Idea for AR main website

Hey guys/gals,

I'm just throwing this out. I have been playing this game for over 10+ years now and I am currently a system op for a game called continuum and have been for roughly 8 years. We made some major updates to our website when I used to program for them using bots in the game to store stats via mysql and displaying them on the main website. When we incorporated the change we saw an increase in the pbase and people actually enjoyed seeing their name on the main website for everyone to look at.

I could be wrong but I think you are storing ratings and other stuff already using mysql or some other database but it wouldn't be that hard to put some normal stats on the main page and wouldn't be that hard to incorporate either.

Could put highest rated player in the game right now and most powerful cabal. There are a whole lot of other stats you could use as well but i'll let you decide what to put up or not.

Other games do it and I think it is a pretty popular feature. A random spotlight for a player with xx amount of hours, a background, etc. the top pker, the most rich, etc. It adds to the game no doubt, but I'd like to see the website updated with a more inviting color scheme and layout overall. I know we're going for dark, but plain gray and white with a few boarders is a bit dismal imo... maybe even add a graphic. Also please take imms off highest ratings (who pk juggernaut too would be nice). Be it # 0, 1, and 2 or #43 (nice pk score vhrael newb) it kinda ruins it. Especially since you can't kill imms...

The cabals section could also use an update in terms of immortal leaders and such.
