Those Tarots of Deaths were mentioned in Theoric the goat`s graveyard post. So is this card like a Russian roulette card where you have a 50:50 chance to live or die? How does it work? Did all the players get the card and they could chose who would take their chances?

Normally, a bard pulls a random tarot card, so there's only a small chance it will be death. Resatimm pulled the Death card on purpose, meaning the character would die in approximately 100 ticks unless an immortal removed the death tarot.

Oh, so in this case the group made pretty much an instant decision to take some action, like marriage or becoming a goat or both, or the card that Resatimm drew meant the targeted would shortly die. Thanks!

So if Bards usually do this, if a Bard asks you if you want a Tarot card and they draw a death one, do Bards have the power to remove it?

No, bards can't remove a tarot card after it's drawn.
