A change to Tune

Bards should be able to tune what they want onto there instruments, it is a delicate process and if you have ever tuned anything before you have to do it very precisely, so if a bard wanted to Tune Flute Dex, it would add 1 dex. The Hp would add 5 hp each and same with movement and mana. You could also restrict tuned weapons to bards only.

Well if you tune an instrument, what it should do is affect the harmonics, right? Means your instrument sounds better. Seems like tune should add some kinda group bonus for that reason. Also a part of your instruments maintenance, so if you went a long time without tuning it, your songs would start to get rubbishy.
