Changes to Mystic Tendrils:
- Must now be cast on SELF for the old effect
- May now be cast in combat, on self or otherwise
- If cast on a player or mob not in your group, it will damage the TARGET
and restore mana to YOU if they fail a saving throw
- If cast on a player in your group, it will damage YOU and restore mana
to your TARGET
Additionally:
The Half-Elf racial legacy 'Lifeblood' must now be cast on its own. When
it is, it will apply its effect and additionally invoke a casting of
Mystic Tendrils

this seems like a badass change, will make invokers easier to level by far now, among other things. |
