|
|
Therans, today we herald an important milestone in our world's history. It
is now possible to purchase a "wardrobe", a place to store a suit of
personalized fashion items. Players can also add more wardrobes by buying
more of them from Noldo in Seringale. Other than limited items, a player
is free to put whatever they choose into their wardrobes.
These wardrobes (and the items stored witin them) cannot be lost by dying.
If you have collected items for your wardrobe they remain in there, for
good! For full info about this, read HELP WARDROBE.
To see what fashion items a player is wearing, EXAMINE them.

Side note for mages/clerics: the shortcut "ward" used for weapon ward is now changed to "wwad" so as not to clash with the wardrobe function. |

I'll answer the obvious questions:
a. No, you can't use this to mule eq around. Items that you remove from storage will just evaporate.
b. No, this won't change "look". "Look" is conserved for PK. I do feel maybe the two are backward but you can make aliases if it bothers you.
c. There shouldn't be a weight cost. |

I'm pissed you changed ward for weapon ward. All I play is spellcasters and now I am fucked.
Wardrobe seems pretty cool. |

No.
This is to define a set of cosmetic items. People can view these by examining, instead of looking at you. They see your "RP suit" as if you were really wearing it. |

This patch is actually groundwork for a nerf we've needed to 'tip' for years. Someday soon you won't be able to tip your hat unless you actually have a hat. Unless you're an illusionist, in which case you will retain the current, broken hat-tipping implementation. |
