| I noticed this new feature the other day. I was thinking different races should be longer or shorter breathed. The big races should be able to hold their breaths longer, and perhaps Storm giants immune? What do you guys think? |

| Larger races would have larger lungs, but more use of oxygen due to more body mass, so the timing would be approximately the same. |

I would think slith (swamp dwellers) or maybe illithid (squiddy) would make more sense for immunity. Storm giants are still giants, not water elementals:

I could also potentially see invokers get an underwater breathing spell that they could cast on themselves or allies. |
