For what purpose? Inactivity delete is clearly working. It's not as if someone couldn't get into keepers because this guy got the new CoD. |

Maybe the time limit for inactivity deletes moved up. 4 plus months inactive is a long time |

Why? Because it's not about preventing someone from joining a cabal, it's about promoting an active cabal.
There should be an incentive to play your cabal characters. In my opinion, letting a cabal character inactive delete is shameful. I have never let a character of mine inactive in any capacity (mostly cause I'm a fan of the nerd rage). If you have 15 characters and forget to log one in, that's understandable. But if you have a caballed character, there is a certain onus upon you to actually show up and do the fucking job.
You need the ability to fire people if they aren't doing their job. And part of that job is showing up.
When Crisbin was surrounded by a completely fucking inactive cabal, he fucking booted everyone. If you don't show up, you don't deserve to be there. |

I double checked, but nobody's done anything to prevent uninduct.
Most people are going to put the same amount of time into this game whether they have 1 character or 6 characters. I don't really care if they let a character slide to focus on one they are having more fun with at the time, but that decision is ultimately up to the mortal leader. Nobody gave Crisbin (or the Warlord leader before Lorne) any shit for clearing the roster and trying to rebuild from scratch. |

If the imm or mort leader has a problem with someone being inactive they have full discretion to uninduct. If you have a specific problem with the way a specific cabal is being run, you can bring it up with the imm directly or bring it up with Davairus in IRC one of the bug forums.
I don't often inactivity uninduct anyone in Legion who has been promoted because it's kind of a big "fuck you" to someone I just want to play more, not drive away. I might do it occasionally anyway because I'm pretty random with that shit though. |

I seem to remember getting my ass ripped on Rondak for uninducting a paladin, whom had been inactive for months. I am of two minds of this, and rather then cabal leaders booting them, I would just like to see the inactivity timer shortened. |

Yeah, I've seen some people inactive for like 150 days, I thought inactivity was 3 months, 90 days... |

I honestly don't see a problem with the current timer. No real palpable negatives. Just make sure that uninducts are at the discretion of the Mortal Leader and leave it at that. |

Helpfile updated.
Code: |
UNINDUCT
Syntax: uninduct <character name>
Mortal cabal leaders can use the UNINDUCT command to remove a cabal member
from the cabal. If possible this should be conducted face to face with
both parties online at the same time. However, in the event where the cabal
member has been absent for a very long time and has previously been given
a warning to become more active, the mortal leader can choose to uninduct
the cabal member while they are offline.
