When trying to verify a character in game it is telling me "Forum account not found." Any ideas? |

actually you've been entering the wrong password. the echo you're seeing is inaccurate though we'll fix that. |

Weird. I verified the password I was using by logging out then back in. I just changed the password and it's still giving me the same error. Tried using zmud and the webclient, in case zmud wasn't liking special characters. |

It might be the game side that's not receiving special characters correctly. I remember someone else reporting a similar issue recently. (Dav can we fix that?) |

It was definitely special characters. I got to work now. Only four passwords later, because I am not a smart man. |

Heh, if you're looking at random things to do with passwords, the 8 character limit is a weird relic from some bygone age... |
