Level 36's and above will now see their PK records when they delete. However:
* Only kills made at level 36 and above are recorded;
* Any death at any level will count against you, so lowbie killing just gives you a chance to worsen your record if you screw up and die;
* There's no difference between mob deaths and PK deaths, so teleporting, dying while creating zombies, etc will all count against you;
* Current chars at level 36 and higher will NOT see their records when they delete UNLESS they choose to opt in to the system. Doing so clears your pkill totals (but preserves your death totals) so that only your new pkills are recorded. Anyone level 51 or higher can opt you in, just send a tell, pray, or note.
Otherwise, all current chars and all newly created chars will automatically have their pkill totals wiped clean at 36, and how many pkills they make starting from then on (as well as how many total deaths) will be reported to them when they delete.
Also, Justices no longer earn a pkill from out-of-level special guard kills. This reduces the "PK inflation" syndrome of Justice PK records. |
