I think its alittle funny that the Invoker guild trainee is wieldling a whip when invokers cannot use whips. Atleast my invoker cant

Whips were switched out for swords recently I believe.

Yup. Vhrael used to love some Whip of Torture/whipping tail of the manticore/dragon-tailed whip action.
