Each mortal leader has a flag that they must wear. Do these banners hold any power? If not, why not? It is sort of a dissadvantage this way. |

Weren't there banners held by guildmasters at the beginning of the second age? I think I might be dreaming. |

nah they were thought up maybe half a year ago to make becoming (and staying) a mortal leader more attractive. |
