So new warrior titles or what? Is it just warriors?

Relax, that isn't a new title. She has a "bubbly" personality if you care to find out. I changed the amazon ones to say "Valkyrie" instead. Tayku wrote them, and I rewrote some for being really bad.

and if your not updating anymore classes, when you get some time could you update invokation? I use it alot

Invokation isn't an official website for AR. Ar administration has nothing to do with it.

I've got a warrior going so I've been recording the new titles. If I ever get around to getting to fifty, I'll give invokation the list. Or most likely I'll get to around 40 or so and I'll give them those. Heh, been playing for almost four years and never had a fifty. *sigh*

I don't normally post anything about invokation.net here (other than my signature) because I try to keep it away from Official AR. I don't want it affecting them nor them affecting us. That's just my personal preference, and I'm sure it's their's as well.

That said, Bucky (who didn't do anything to the titles) has written a title edit script into the Titles page on Invokation. The few admin we have on the site can see the link and can change any of the titles. If you have a list (complete or partial) don't hesitate to post it on the Log Board or such. Someone will see to them getting switched over.

I think too much effort has been put into making male and female titles. "Fenceress" is simply not a word. There are many other examples as well. Switching between "King" and "Queen" sure, that makes sense.

How about 'Chef' for a male bard and 'The Bitch in the Kitchen' for a female bard

Question: is there a reason why it was necessary to implement new titles? Is it just to throw in some variety and/or distinguish AR from most stock muds?

I'm wondering because I'd like to take a crack at producing new titles for a class, just to occupy myself, but I don't know if you're looking for title revisions for other classes.

1) Because other muds (e.g. clones) have the same titles as us
2) New titles represent that the classes are "new" having gone extensive changes
3) Restores the mystique of titles for a bit

Lots of good reasons to change them up.
