Very noob question probably, but what's this mean?

It means you can attack them, and since they have the item, they can't hit you.

So basically what it really means is get every noob/lowbie together in every room in a big grid, and spam Murder <Sucker with cabal item> so that way all they can do is just flee flee flee and keep on getting attacked, then after when the person finally succumbs to the gang bang everyone hungrily runs into the room where the corpse is and vultures all the high level equipment!
