Finally,

Giving requestable eq to others (via any means) = not allowed, with no exceptions. So no selling this eq to shop, leaving it in palace, etc. I realise that seems a little overboard.. but you are getting it for free in the first place, so it isn't right to profit off it.

For all that to be fair though, at least two conditions must exist:

1) there is sufficient "normal " eq in the game to supplement tasking runs, or other ways for Lightwalker to get fly-scroll gold
2) there should always be a simple way to return eq to its home source. So things like warders deep underneath shadar, the angel behind xanthak, those end up being items that you absolutely don't want to sacrifice.

So I guess we will have to look at the eq sometime, if not the guideline.
