I've been wondering if there is max luck or it can be infinitely high or low?

Is it like:

12 - Lady luck
11 - Lady luck
..
6 - changing
5 - changing
..
2 - Down on luck
1 - Down on luck

or you can also have

124 - Lady luck

if you have all the luck items and + spells

Which is?

Lady Luck is the highest visible level to players, but we cannot really tell what numbers are behind it. I guess by getting all the luck spells/eq and then gambling 1000 or 10000 times and comparing it to gambling 10000 times with barely lady luck you could draw statistical conclusions. At one point I was thinking of gettin a bunch of + luck items to do some tests but then I realized that my race/align was wrong for that.
