Tainted Valley change and preview of upcoming levelling

I've brought down the levels on:

* master scout -1 level (should no longer aggro a level 40)
* blood worms -5 levels (now no longer aggro after around 35)
* footman -2 levels
* battlemage -2 levels
* tainted shadow -10 levels

I've decided that tainted valley footman was difficult to transition onto from Solace, consequently players stay in Solace in some cases to level 45... I'd like you to be able to leave Solace (well, I guess its now Haven) much sooner than this.

Also battlemages were being milked all the way to 50, obviously this is wrong, mudfall (shire) is meant to be the last spot.

Notice also the hlevel of harassment from mobs in the area was brought down. This is because the area is a bit easier..



Upcoming: redhorne, mudfall dudes and shadar logoths undead warriors will have their damage/gold increased and hp reduced for faster ranking at cost of tougher tanking. Please bear with me for a while because I need to experiment a little bit to get the new feel right, and also shadar needs some overhaul to become levellable as presently there is too much danger from fleeling. I have some other projects to finish up before I get back here.

Mudfall has been updated. The paladin's level has been drastically reduced, taking her out of contention for evils ranking to 50, and another nearby mob has taken her place. There's also a new contingent from Valour helping the refugees. The layout has changed slightly and you'll experience less harassment from the environment now.
