I imagine this has been said before, but with the changes to ethos and drow/elf bards I was thinking why not add some more race/class combos such as perhaps, duergar dark-knight, dwarf paladin, Minotaur warrior, etc. I think it would spice up gameplay a bit since it would create new and interesting concepts, especially to rp as well as PK. Just a thought |

We had those already. Dwarf paladins I actually had 1 at fifty the amount of hp I had was sick I never used any mana it was rather OP, maybe without dodge a little more balanced but doubtful.
Mino warrior was a flash in the pan everyone joined warlords and charged the crap out of everyone mino charge + 4th attack not going to happen.
Duergar dkn - Doubtful as well strength of a human, more hp good resistance, pretty OP too.
Personally I'd love to see a drow ranger, if you can have elf why not drow. |

Drizzzit post makes me chuckle. Yeah I would like to see some cool things too, slith ranger again maybe, but meh, we just got some stuff opened up, not only on race/class but on align/ethos. |

My race/class combo opinions:
Halfling Berserker
Illithid Necromancer
Duergar Dark-Knight
Drow Ranger
Stone Ranger
Slith Thief
Avian Bard
With the current balance of the fighting system and skills, I think that all of these classes would be good in comparison to their opposing race/combo choices. Also, you wouldn't have to worry about them being OP because every race has its counterpart race to combat them.
If you want me to explain how they are also balanced based on stats and skills, I can go into that too. |

Yep , I had a couple stone rangers back in the day. I think one might have been a Warlord....I remember Called Lightning to get thieves/ninjas out of hiding...and throwing shields and mahn-tors axes all the time. such fun... I'd roll a stone ranger if they were available again... they don't make sense though. I couldn't see a stone giant camo'd very well under some leaves, and then trying to sneak around like that....thats comical if you actually think about that. |

I would like to see Drow rangers... The only evil ranger you can make is human... goodies/neutrals get a bunch of options for races with rangers. |

I don't think we'll be seeing drow rangers or elf ninjas. |

I'm with Xenyar, evil ranger is WAY too limited as opposed to good rangers. There seems to be an imbalance with what race can be what class. I mean look at good race matchup vs. evil race matchup. |

Aw hell bobby, no elf ninjas? That was the only race/class combo above drow ranger that I would like to see. A distant third would be goblin shaman. Wait a minute.. |
