Always had this question burning in my head, What are the deciding factors in the abilty to dual wield a weapon.
IE
Weight difference between it and the main weapon.
Weight allowances how heavy can a dual wield item be.
Does being a Giant factor into what you can put in your secondary hand not necessarily can you dual wield something while wielding something else. (oversized)
Main weapon is 20lbs item I'm trying to duel wield is 14lbs won't go 14 pound item is "oversized" 20lb item isn't.
Thanks for answering what you are "allowed" to in advance |

Dual wield weapon can't be more than half the weight of the main weapon. Exceptions are elf warriors with blades, minotaur zerkers with axes, and anyone with very light weapons like fiery daggers. |
