|
|
Proposal:
Would you have interest in me creating a repository (git) for tintin scripts that work with AR?
It would have some basic stuff like an automapper and hook into the msdp variables that Davairus recently exposed for clients.
Question:
Do you already use tintin++, and what environment (Windows, OSX, Linux) do you use? Would you want to switch?
Code: |
I play in an SSH window on OSX and run tt++ with tmux in linux. |
Example:
An example of my current layout:

If there is noted interest, then I'll start a second thread asking for what people would like to see so that it can actually feel like community scripts rather than just my personal project. |

I'd be very interested if you did. I need to start script training, yet I have no scripts and my time is limited. So tintin++ script writing for me is sort of out of the question atm. you would be my new favorite person if you wrote a script to say, train in the mines and dodge the magician. hell I'd even contribute a script later on if you did that.
I use tintin++ and wintin++ because I bounce between windows and linux, (Gmud is my main client though) |

I think having a repository of scripts for AR is a fantastic idea, especially since there are quite a few players who don't know how or don't have the time to create their own.
Thanks for the idea. |

There's definitely ready something like that on these forums. I think it might even be for tintin++ might be for zmud or some shit like that though. |

I'm interested. I can also help with server side stuff once I'm a little less busy irl. Msdp is going to be the dealbreaker that causes me to divorce my old mud client of 17 years. The poor thing...
The msdp stuff supported by the new web client looks like a great place to start. |
