I'd like to see a quiver slot added to mercenaries. Any mercs that can use bows would be able to tweak their damage type for the cost of gold. I originally had the idea for this after having a ranger trainee equip a bow, but all mercs that can wield bows could potentially benefit from this idea. Since mercs can already use elemental weapons, I would think this wouldn't be too much of a stretch to implement.
