Possible bug or misunderstanding with Counterbalance

So the counterbalance helpfile says counterbalance only works if the person isn't dual wielding or wearing a shield or wielding a 2-handed weapon. It also mentions that a bard's instruments, which are held items, can also be used for counterbalance.

That's where the problem is. All the instruments I've seen (the newbie recorder and the level 10 instruments in Seringale) have all been required to be wielded and not held. So the question is, is this a bug? Will instruments be switched to held or kept at wielded (if so then the helpfile should be changed as well).

I didn't know if this was the right board, but it seemed the most fitting I think.

That help file is back when you could hold the recorders and such. Now they've been switched to wielded do to the power of the bards... A lot of bards songs don't need an instrument anyway. But, yeah. The helpfile does need to be updated. So to put it simply, all instruments are wielded now(two-handed), and counterbalance won't work with them.

Try some of the timaran instruments, those are held items. This will be tidied up eventually.
