I was thinking last night as I was falling asleep about how easy it is for Keepers to re-equip. Get a fire weapon, kill the treants, kill the lord of dark oak and you're basically good to go. Those creatures are made of wood right? And they have bark on the outside, which makes them vulnerable to fire, right? So, logically, shouldn't it follow that rangers who have used normal barksking, not one of the ginko, sequoia, etc, deals, should have a slight vulnerability to fire?

They're vulnerable because they're made of wood. Bark is wood. Ergo, soemthing covered in bark should burn. Therefore something covered in bark should take more damage as a resuly of burning. Thus, fire weapons should do more damage against barkskin.
