Some races have different mastered skills, can you post here some of this skills.Listed below are those I know of.

Any race that can see in the dark has infravision mastered. Any race that has auto-sneak has sneak mastered. All giants have bash mastered. Gnomes have detect magic and lore mastered.

duergars have berserk at 100 as well. drow have infravision at 100 as well as elves.

You're not going to see which skills each race gets auto-mastery of unless you look at each class that's open to them. As xanthas pointed out, a fire warrior gets bash mastered, while a fire zerker gets bodyslam mastered. Don't be misled into thinking that, for example, a fire giant "shaman" is going to get bash or bodyslam because the other classes do.

The races' different innate masteries only apply to those classes that have those skills. That's probably a big "duh" to 99% of the people reading this, but I wouldn't want some newb reading this, then wondering why their werebeast druid doesn't have 'beast call' and 'mind link'.

While I can respect what you're trying to find out here, Nexus, part of the fun (in my eyes at least) is learning stuff like this through playing it. New characters don't cost anything.

Dwarfs get Berserk mastered, drows get Faerie fire mastered, and halfling's get steal mastered.
