Guildhall waiting period

I was in a fight with someone today.. they fled to their guildhall behind a justice. I was sitting there hoping the justice would leave when suddenly he wanders into his guildhall. I was a bit annoyed but I wandered to my guildhall to quit out and noticed that I couldnt get in my guildhall. In fact it took several minutes to get into my guildhall. Any particular reason why he could get in and I couldnt..

Uh yeah i still need to fix that for the rest of the guilds. I coded a special function for guild guardians to keep fells/abyssals out ..when I did that, I corrected the time taken to get into guild from after pk attempts. Then I left the code alone for a bit... when I got back to put it in I was running short on time, so I just updated the guilds that let fells in and got off. I then managed to forget about the pk problem thing. I'll be fixing the rest of the guilds up at the next update.. please submit a "bug" report in the game incase I forget again.
