okay so ive been talking to a few people in IRC about ideas for grinded herbs being turned into potions and was told to post in ideas and suggestions. here is what i came up with.
dark black seed = dark herb for cure blind, using a grinder on it to make dust making that dust into a potion should be automatic cure blind.
cloud seed = cloud herb that flies, using grinder on it to make it dust making dust into potion should be level 50 fly.
pure white seed = white herb that makes sanctuary, using a grinder on it makes it to dust make that dust into a potion that is 4 hours sanctuary. Not as strong as defender potions but better than purples.
Gillyflower seed = gillyflower herb, using a grinder on it makes it to dust, make that dust into a potion should be level 50 water breathing. i think these potions should make dwarves and duergars sick with poison or something.
blood seed = blood herb, using grinder on it makes it to dust make that dust into a potion that does cure continual, and if you eat a blood herb while cured continual it should be boosted like when a healer cast cure serious on a cure continual person.
blood-red seed- creating a bloody herb which does sanctuary is rare, for this one i think grinded and created into a potion should be equal to defender but the potion should be rare like the ancient potion from the innkeeper in winter. |

To add onto this idea, perhaps flowers of various types could also be ground into dust. The blossoming red tulip from Winter, and the Golden Flower of the Jungle and bird of paradise flower from Escismir E'gal come to mind as specific examples. |

The tulip is trash (useless) as far as I know, the bird of paradise flower grants both mass invis and detect invis when eaten currently, and I'm not sure what the Golden Flower of the Jungle does currently but it's definitely part of an imbuing recipe. |

If I remember correctly the golden jungle flower provides 20 ac in the form of a unique spell which would be clutch if you have wicked high ac as an earth invoker because you already have stone skin, armor, and shield.
Edit, and from what I've heard of the red poppy (wtf tulip?) it's a nice heal. |

Ergorion, there is also a tulip in Winter which is literally a "trash" item when identified (type trash). |
